Welcome Weekend is an important part of your Thiel experience—it is the beginning of four years that will shape your future. This program is designed to help you with the transition to college, to educate you about various on-campus opportunities, and to help you to begin forming lifelong friendships with your classmates.

Students participating in activities and athletic programs that have an August camp, will receive more specific move-in information from your respective coach or instructor.  All students will also receive an email with information about move-in day, which is on Saturday, August 26, 2023.

Instructions for Saturday, Aug. 26, 2023

All residential students arriving to campus on August 26, must first check-in at Alumni Stadium (Gym) Parking Lot, located at 75 College Avenue in Greenville, beginning at 11:30 a.m. Click here for Residential Student Move-In Instructions.

Commuter student check-in begins at 1 p.m. Commuter students may park their vehicles in the lots near the William A. Passavant Center, located off of Route 18, and head to the Howard Miller Student Center to receive their Welcome Packet. Click here for Commuter Student Check-In Instructions.

We ask all students to please finalize your "Must Complete" Financial Arrangement, Health Record (including COVID-19 Form), and IT Agreement items before you arrive to campus to ensure your check-in process has no delays and saves you time.

Must Complete Prior to Moving-in

Please be sure to complete and return your Financial Arrangement and Medical Records paperwork. We are unable to allow you to progress through the move-in process until this paperwork is received.
