Four members of Thiel College’s Class of 2020 share valedictorian and salutatorian honors

GREENVILLE, Pa.--
Four members of the Thiel College Class of 2020 received valedictorian and salutatorian honors as part of the College’s celebration of its graduating class.
Angela Campbell ’20, Mariel Hanely ’20 and Nash Matson ’20 earned valedictorian honors with perfect 4.0 grade point averages, while Matthew Crawford ’20 was salutatorian.
- Campbell, of Pittsburgh, is a criminal justice, psychology, and sociology major, and is a 2016 graduate of Plum Senior High School. She will attend Marymount University (Va.) in the fall to earn her graduate degree in forensic and legal psychology.
- Hanley, of Pleasantville, Pa., is an accounting and business administration major with a finance focus and is a 2016 graduate of West Forest High School. Following graduation, Hanely plans to begin her career in accounting and become a certified public accountant.
- Matson, of Kittanning, Pa., is a business administration major and is a 2016 graduate of Armstrong Junior-Senior High School. He was a recipient of the Mr. & Mrs. J. Farrell Bash Scholarship and a member of the baseball team.
- Crawford, of Greenville, Pa, is a history major with a certificate in secondary education. He was a member of the football team and was a four-time member of the Presidents’ Athletic Conference Academic Honor Roll.
