President Traverso appears on television discussing new speech-language graduate degree

GREENVILLE, Pa.-- Thiel College President Susan Traverso, Ph.D., was a guest on Youngstown television station WFMJ Monday morning to discuss the College’s new graduate program.

The Council on Academic Accreditation in Audiology and Speech Language Pathology of the American Speech-Language Hearing Association approved the College’s candidacy on Aug. 15. The approval allows the College to recruit and enroll students into the program.​

Mary Beth Mason, Ph.D., will oversee the new program as the director of the Master of Science in speech-language pathology. She will also be a Professor of Communication Sciences and Disorders at Thiel.
