GREENVILLE, Pa.-- Thiel College’s Vice President for Enrollment Management Ashley Josay Zullo was profiled recently by her hometown newspaper, the Washington, Pa. Observer-Reporter for overcoming the injuries sustained in a terrible car crash during her high school years.

Zullo graduated from Monessen High School in Monessen, Pa. in 2001. A vehicle she was in with two friends was struck by a drunk driver, who died in the crash, in the summer of 1999. She was badly injured and her friends were in comas. The victims did eventually recover, but there are still side effects today tracing back to the accident.

Zullo has been with Thiel College since 2017. She has a Bachelor of Arts in communications with an emphasis in public relations from Bethany College. She earned a Master's degree in elementary education from Seton Hill University.

Zullo resides in Hermitage, Pa. with her husband, Rob, and son, Cameron.
