GREENVILLE, Pa.-- The unbeaten Thiel College wrestling team travels to take on Presidents’ Athletic Conference rival Washington & Jefferson at 7 p.m. Tuesday in search of the its sixth straight dual match win.
The Tomcats improved to 5-0 last week after defeating the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford Panthers at Beeghly Gymnasium, 33-15.
The wrestling team has been one of the most successful athletic programs on campus. The Tomcats have won nine conference championships since Craig Thurber, the Rod E. Wilt ’86 Head Coach for Thiel College Wrestling, took over the program in 2003.
