Orientation session prepares Thiel College student teachers for area classrooms

GREENVILLE, Pa.—Eleven members of the Thiel College Class of 2019 are headed to four Mercer County school districts to finish their degrees with their student-teaching assignment.

The students had an orientation session this past Wednesday, which included CPR lessons and a presentation by retired teacher and author of “Student Teaching: The Inside Scoop from a Master Teacher,” Dede Faltot Rittman.
