Thiel College’s Facilities Department seeks a full-time Office Coordinator to provide administrative support for the Maintenance and Environmental Services departments.
The ideal candidate will be an engaging individual who excels in a fast-paced environment, is someone who can communicate efficiently and effectively through verbal and written communication with campus departments, the local community, and outside vendors.

Excellent computer skills are a must. A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required. At least 2 years of office experience is also required.
