Office of Communications and Marketing Essentials
Email signatures, brand resources, and a job request form are all available online. A Dropbox folder has been set up with instructions and the materials necessary to create new email signatures. Employees can find other Thiel College-branded resources including letterhead, logos and PowerPoint slides in the same folder.
Thiel College community members who need help with communications and marketing initiatives and collateral can now request those services with a job form. The request form is available on the communications and marketing webpage or linked directly below.

Summer Hours updates
Post Office
The post office will conduct rounds Monday–Thursday at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. Mail to be processed needs to be to the post office by 3:20 p.m. On Friday one round will be conducted at 11:30 a.m. Mail to be processed needs to be to the post office by 1:15 p.m.
Anyone with a large mailing must contact Anita Lillie at ext. 2230 a day in advance to schedule a drop off time to ensure adequate time to process.
The Post Office will close at 3:45 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 1:45 p.m. Friday.
Fitness Center
The Fitness Center is open 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday and 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Tennis court hours at 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. (lower courts) open seven days a week. The Dr. Barry ’71 and Carol ’70 Stamm Track & Field Complex is open 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. seven days a week.

Riverside Park, Greenville
A family campout event is at Riverside Park from June 14–16. Events are scheduled throughout the weekend and include a food truck party, movie night, fishing, archery and hatchet-throwing, obstacle course, bike rodeo, cornhole tournament, barbeque, music, bonfire and 5K run.

3rd annual Color Me Happy 5K Race, Roll & Stroll

The start/finish line and registration tent are in the parking lot in front of The Villa, 339 E. Jamestown Rd., Greenville, Pa.
The 3rd annual Color Me Happy 5K Race, Roll & Stroll is June 29 at St. Paul’s. Cost is $15 for racers registered before June 12, after June 12 cost is $20.
