Our theme is “The Celebration of Mindfulness, Love, and Kindness,” and we are accepting nominations for individuals in the following categories from the Tomcat community.

Please note that this nomination will be invalid unless this form has been fully completed.

The Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Student Service Award is presented to students who exhibit integrity and demonstrate a commitment to service through an interest in bettering the lives of others. Their deeds and actions reflect the embodiment of Dr. King’s depth of compassion, the importance of education, and pride in their community.

M.L.K. Faculty/Staff Service Award
The Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Faculty/Staff Service Award is given to faculty/staff members who exceed expectations in the area of service to the community, and who embody the principles of leadership outlined by Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s dream. These faculty and staff have volunteered, courageously led efforts in our community, performed extraordinary everyday acts of service, and have shown dedication within the community.

M.L.K. Community Service Award
The Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Community Service Award does more than honor its recipients. It also further illustrates the great value of service and community involvement at Thiel College. This award acknowledges the dedication of those individuals who demonstrate the principles of the “Tomcat Family Bond.”
