Our college facilities staff does an excellent job maintaining the "city within the city." We manage 800,000 square feet of building space consisting of eight residence halls, three classroom/office buildings, library, athletic facilities, bookstore, post office, a 1700-seat auditorium, student union, and 10 auxiliary buildings.

The facilities department includes both campus maintenance staff and environmental services staff.   The maintenance crew includes carpenters, plumbers, electricians, painters, and groundskeepers.  The environmental services team maintains a clean and safe environment for Thiel students, employees and campus visitors.
